Janine Davis Janine founded Girl Talk Foundation, Inc. after having candid conversations with young girls in the Charlotte school system. What she learned would be shocking to most, but Janine did not shy away from the challenge to help the girls. Instead, Janine invited girls (no parents) to have a ‘real’ girl talk’ session led by subject-matter experts. Her first ‘girl talk’ session attracted 200 girls. Janine continues to guide Girl Talk while working as an award-winning 20+ year radio veteran and entertainment journalist. She can be heard on-air each weekday on WBAV-FM, V 101.9.
