Prom Project is an effort to collect and distribute donated formal wear so that HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS have the opportunity to feel beautiful for their prom or social. Girls get to choose a prom dress, shoes and accessories from a make-shift boutique free of charge. As a pre-requisite to shopping, girls attend a 45-minute etiquette class that includes beauty, fashion and prom safety tips. Then it’s off to shop for that perfect dress! The event is designed to provide girls with the skills needed to feel confident, smart, proud and powerful.
